GAO reviewed the audit reports covering the financial statements of the National Conference on Citizenship, for fiscal years ended June 30, 2005, 2004, and 2003. GAO found no reportable instances of noncompliance. The audit reports included the auditor's opinions that the financial statements of the corporation were presented fairly in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
