GAO reviewed the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) new rule on fee recovery for FY 2004. GAO found that (1) the rule amends the licensing, inspection, and annual fees charged to NRC's applicants and licensees; and (2) NRC complied with applicable requirements in promulgating the rule.
