Digital Technologies, Inc. (DTI) protests the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection's award of a contract to Automation Technologies, Inc. under request for proposals (RFP) No. HSBP1005R0541, for information technology hardware maintenance services.

Subsequent to the filing of this protest, the agency decided to take corrective action by amending the solicitation, requesting revised proposals, and then making a new source selection decision. This renders the protest academic. Since it is not our practice to consider academic questions, the protest is dismissed.
