Highlights

A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) solicitation for fuel tanks, contending that: (1) the solicitation's requirements were ambiguous; and (2) DLA improperly favored its competitor. GAO held that the: (1) solicitation was not ambiguous; and (2) protester failed to provide evidence to support its allegation of bias. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
