Highlights

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award for home oxygen services, contending that VA: (1) had not impaneled an entirely new bid evaluation board based on a prior protest; and (2) improperly evaluated its proposal. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
