Highlights

A firm protested a General Services Administration (GSA) contract award for office and related space, contending that GSA improperly: (1) evaluated its technical proposal; and (2) made award to the awardee. GAO held that: (1) GSA reasonably determined that the awardee's bid offered more technical advantages than the protester's lower-priced bid; and (2) the price-technical tradeoff decision was consistent with the solicitation's evaluation criteria. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
