[Protest of DLA Bid Rejection]

A firm protested the Defense Logistics Agency's rejection of its bid from the competitive range. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 14 days after initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
