[Protest of Air Force Contract Award]

A firm protested an Air Force contract award, contending that the awardee's bid was not responsive. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 14 days after it received notice of initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
