[Protest of Maritime Administration Contract Award]

A firm protested a Maritime Administration (MARAD) contract award, contending that MARAD failed to reinstate its ship manager contract as it had for other contractors. GAO held that the protest was academic, since MARAD granted the relief requested. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
