[Protest of Navy Rejection of Bid for Rotor Blades]

A firm protested the Navy's rejection of its bid for rotor blades. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the Navy's rejection of its bid, since it would not be line for award even its protest was sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
