[Protest of AMC Solicitation for Ammunition Boxes]

A firm protested an Army Materiel Command (AMC) solicitation for ammunition boxes, contending that the solicitation specifications were defective. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since AMC evaluated the protester's contentions and issued a solicitation amendment extending the bid opening date. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
