[Protest of FAA Contract Award for REIL System]

A firm protested a Federal Aviation Administration contract award for a REIL system. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since the Air Force cancelled the awardee's contract and resolicited its requirements. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
