[Protest of ATCOM Contract Award for Deployable Latrines]

A firm protested an Army Aviation and Troop Command (ATCOM) contract award for deployable latrines, contending that the solicitation was defective because it failed to include technical drawings of individual components. GAO held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest of alleged solicitation improprieties. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
