[Protest of DISA Exercise of Contract Option]

A firm protested the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) alleged exercise of a contract option for expanded telecommunications services, contending that DISA violated applicable regulations in exercising the contract option. GAO held that the protester failed to establish a valid basis of protest, since there was no option to exercise. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
