[Protest of Navy Bid Rejection]

A firm protested the Navy's rejection of its bid as nonresponsive, contending that the Navy improperly rejected its bid for specifying a shorter bid acceptance period than the required 90-day period. GAO held that the Navy properly rejected the protester's bid as nonresponsive, since the bid contained two acceptance periods, one of which was shorter than the required period. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
