[Protest of NASA Contract Award]

A firm protested a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) contract award, contending that the awardee was not eligible for award under the small business set-aside. GAO held that the protest was academic, since NASA intended to terminate the awardee's contract and resolicit the requirements. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
