[Protest of BIA Solicitation]

A firm protested a Bureau of Indian Affairs solicitation, contending that the specifications were ambiguous. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew of adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
