[Protest of VA Contract Award]

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs contract award, contending that the awardee offered bid prices that were unreasonably low. GAO held that it would not review the awardee's capability to perform the contract at its offered price, except in limited circumstances that did not apply. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
