[Protest of VA Contract Award]

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs contract award, contending that the awardee's bid was materially unbalanced. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew its basis of protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
