Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) solicitation. GAO had held that it would not consider the protest regarding the Small Business Administration's (SBA) failure to issue a certificate of competency (COC). In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that DLA improperly interfered with SBA ability to make a reasonable COC decision. GAO held that there was no evidence that: (1) DLA failed to provide all appropriate information to SBA; and (2) SBA failed to consider all vital information in its COC decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
