Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of an Air Force contract award. GAO had held that it did not have the jurisdiction to review the awardee's size status. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the Air Force should have rejected the awardee's bid, since the awardee made a false certification as to its size status. GAO held that it would not review the Air Force's affirmative responsibility determination, since there was no evidence of fraud or bad faith. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
