[Protest of Air Force Solicitation]

A firm protested an Air Force solicitation, contending that the Air Force used the wrong standard industrial classification (SIC) code. GAO held that it would not consider the protest, since the Small Business Administration had sole jurisdiction to review the Air Force's SIC code selection. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
