[Request for Reconsideration of Protest of Army Contract Award]

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of an Army contract award. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest regarding an alleged solicitation impropriety. GAO would not consider the request for reconsideration, since the protester untimely filed its request more than 10 days after it knew the basis for reconsideration. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
