[Protest of Treasury Bid Rejection]

A firm protested the Department of the Treasury's rejection of its bid. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the elimination of its bid from the competitive range, since it was not eligible for the section 8(a) award. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
