[Request for Reconsideration of Protest of Air Force Bid Rejection]

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of the Air Force's rejection of its bid. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it learned the basis of protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that there were legal and factual errors in the previous decision. GAO held that the protester failed to show any evidence that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision.
