A firm protested the Army's rejection of its bid, contending that: (1) it erroneously specified a shorter bid acceptance period than required because of a latent ambiguity in the solicitation; and (2) the Army should not have rejected its bid. GAO held that the: (1) solicitation's bid acceptance period was not ambiguous; and (2) Army properly rejected the protester's bid as nonresponsive. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
