A firm protested a General Services Administration (GSA) contract award for roof replacement and repairs, contending that GSA improperly: (1) awarded the contract to an ineligible corporation; and (2) evaluated the awardee's bid. GAO held that the protester: (1) would not be in line for contract award even if its protest were sustained; and (2) lacked the direct economic interest to protest the award. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
