[Protest of GSA Rejection of Bid for Office Space]

A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid for office space, contending that the solicitation's geographic restriction unduly restricted competition. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew its basis of protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
