[Protests of BOP Approval of Subcontractors]

A firm protested the Bureau of Prisons' approval of subcontractors, contending that the subcontractors could not perform in accordance with the stated subcontractor qualifications criteria. GAO held that it would not review the subcontract awards, since the awards were not by or for the government. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
