[Protest of Navy Bid Evaluation]
B-260329: Feb 15, 1995
- Full Report:
A firm protested a Navy bid evaluation, contending that: (1) the apparent low bid contained errors; and (2) if the errors were properly corrected, it would become the low bidder. GAO held that the protest was premature, since the Navy was still evaluating the bids and had not decided whether to allow correction. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
