Highlights

A firm protested a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) solicitation for court reporting services, contending that SEC should have set aside the solicitation for small businesses. GAO held that the protest was academic, since SEC issued an amendment setting aside the procurement for small businesses. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
