[Protest of Navy Rejection of Late Bid for Treatment Tanks]

A firm protested the Navy's rejection of its late bid for treatment tanks. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew the basis of protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
