[Protest of Navy Contract Award for Blasting Grit]

A firm protested a Navy contract award for abrasive blasting grit, contending that the awardee's product should not have been included on the qualified products list. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it learned of initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
