[Protest of USDA Fuelwood Sale]

A firm protested the Department of Agriculture's (USDA) sale of fuelwood, contending that an individual invalidated the sales agreement. GAO held that the protester failed to provide sufficient evidence that USDA violated applicable procurement laws or regulations. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
