A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract award for aluminum alloy die forgings, contending that DLA improperly evaluated the awardee's capability in meeting the solicitation's delivery terms. GAO held that it would not review the affirmative responsibility determination, since the protester could not provide evidence of fraud or bad faith. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
