Highlights

A firm protested the Department of State's failure to take appropriate corrective action pursuant to its successful protest, contending that it should be entitled to reimbursement of its protest costs, since State failed to notify offerors of the award decision. GAO held that the protester was not entitled to reimbursement of its protest costs, since the contract was terminated and the protest was rendered academic. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
