A firm protested a Department of Justice (DOJ) solicitation, contending that DOJ: (1) unduly delayed in making award; and (2) should have resolicited the requirement and allowed the bidders to revise their bids. GAO held that there was no evidence to support the protester's allegations that DOJ violated applicable procurement laws or regulations. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
