A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of a Customs Service contract award. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the Customs Service improperly rejected its bid as technically unacceptable. GAO held that the: (1) Customs Service reasonably rejected the protester's bid as technically unacceptable, since the protester failed to demonstrate its capability of performing the work; and (2) protester failed to show any legal or factual errors that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
