[Protest of Army Contract Award for Nursing Services]

A firm protested an Army contract award for nursing services, contending that the Army did not evaluate the awardee's proposed personnel in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to challenge the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
