Highlights

A firm requested reimbursement of its protest costs pursuant to its protest of a Corporation for Community and National Service (CCNS) contract award, contending that CCNS took corrective action in response to its protest. GAO held that there was no basis to protest the award, since CCNS: (1) took action that rendered the protest academic; and (2) action did not constitute corrective action. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
