[Protest of HUD Decision Not to Exercise Contract Option]

A firm protested the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) refusal to exercise a contract option. GAO held that the protester: (1) had no legal right to compel HUD to exercise the contract option; and (2) did not provide a valid basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
