[Protest of BOP Contract Award]

A firm protested the Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) rejection of its bid as nonresponsive and subsequent contract award. GAO held that the protest was untimely, since it was filed more than 10 days after the protester received initial adverse agency action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
