[Protest of Army Contract Award for Mobile Shelving System]

A firm protested an Army contract award for a mobile shelving system, contending that the solicitation contained certain improprieties. GAO held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest regarding alleged solicitation improprieties. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
