Highlights

A firm protested a Department of Commerce contract award, contending that Commerce improperly awarded the contract without an appropriate Department of Labor wage determination. GAO held that the protester: (1) untimely filed its protest regarding alleged solicitation improprieties after contract award; and (2) should have raised the wage rate determination issue with the Department of Labor. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
