Highlights

A firm protested an Agency for International Development (AID) contract award. GAO held that the: (1) protest was untimely, since it was not filed within 10 working days of the contract award; and (2) protester did not provide sufficient information that would warrant consideration under the significant issue exception. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
