A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of a Navy contract award. GAO held that the matter was academic, since the protester filed: (1) another protest regarding the matter; and (2) suit in a federal district court which requested a decision on the second protest. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
