[Protest of Coast Guard Solicitation for Flashers]

A firm protested a Coast Guard solicitation for flashers, contending that the: (1) solicitation was ambiguous and did not provide sufficient information for bid preparation; and (2) Coast Guard improperly included another bidder's product on the qualified products list. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the solicitation because its product was not on the list. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
