Highlights

A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) deletion of a solicitation clause. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the modification, since: (1) it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained; and (2) GSA properly rejected the protester's unacceptable bid. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
