Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of an Air Force contract award for facility renovation. GAO had held that the Air Force: (1) reasonably determined that the awardee satisfied the definitive responsibility criteria; and (2) properly awarded the contract to the low bidder. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the Air Force made an improper determination of the awardee's responsibility. GAO held that the protester failed to show any legal or factual errors that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
