[Protest of DOJ Contract Award]

A firm protested a Department of Justice contract award. GAO held that: (1) the protester untimely filed its comments to the agency report; and (2) failure to file timely comments or request an extension for submitting comments would result in dismissal of the protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
